Bloomington, MN wants to take the hassle out of moving away by offering online services and having convenient office hours. Office hours are Monday from 8:00a.m. to 7:00p.m. and Tuesday thru Friday 8:00a.m. to 5:30p.m. A piece of advice from the Motor Vehicle Department is to visit the office during the middle of the month if possible.
